Shipping:
We ship using a combination of methods, generally small / low value items under €10.00 are sent using An Post - Standard, while larger or higher value items are sent by our insured couriers; Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.ie).
When sent by courier we will supply a tracking number on despatch of the item.

Returns:
If you recieve an item that is in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us to begin the returns procedure.
Please note we will not accept returns for the following:
Items not in their original packaging. Special order or one-off items.Return Terms and Conditions;
We will accept eligible returns within 14 days of customer receiving order.We will refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid.We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.We charge no more than 10% as a restocking fee.The customer must pay for all standard return shipping costs.All items for return must be accompanied by original proof of purchase.All items for return must be in original packaging and suitable for resale.Warranty:
All products are supplied with a manufacturers 12 month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
Many items carry a warranty in excess of this. Details are available on request. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Certain items may be excluded such as normal wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage or inappropriate use are not covered by any warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
