All deliverys are charged at €10.50 via Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.ie). These delivery charges are for Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom only. For orders outside this area, please follow this link to our "Delivery - Other EU States" web page or complete the form below for further information.
Marine Web Store use Fast-Way couriers for speed and reliable service with online tracking on all orders.
Delivery is normally 3 - 5 working days on all stock items. Some non-stock items or specialised items + 2/3 days.
Payment:
We accept credit card payment securely via PayPal, however you do not have to be registered with PayPal - just click the link on checkout: "Don't have a PayPal account ? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."
VAT: All payments include Vat at the current rate of 21% and this will be displayed on your invoice with order.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe that the products you have purchased are defective or an error has been made on our part, please contact our customer services using the form below as soon as possible to make us aware of the return. When sending the package back to us, please provide us with a description of the fault to aid our inspection team more quickly with the diagnosis of the problem / defect.
We will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt and inspection of the items.
